 Thanks for visiting my website dedicated to the Papakea Beach Resort.  Emergency seawall repair work has begun on the south-side of 'L' building. I didn't realize that it would impact all the walkers who walk down the beach.

We now have our first sold unit for the 2016:  oceanfront studio #A-103 sold for $410,000 (FS).  Oceanfront 2BR/LOFT #A-405 @ $895,000 FS is now a pending sale after 954 days on the market. We now have 1 unit  in escrow.  Inventory is at 26 units listed for sale.

WOW!  Oceanfront one bedroom #L-104 now on the market @ $199,000 Leasehold.  The bank now owns it.  Most appliances are missing and it's a fixer upper.

Another WOW: Oceanfront corner two bedroom #F-408 on the market @ $965,000 (FS). One of the choicest locations @ Papakea. Original owners.

 I have 3 owners who have dropped their  price: My  Unit J-407 dropped their price to $549,000 FS and are super motivated to get it sold quickly as possible. Best priced two bedroom in the complex. The owners of ground floor unit #E-110, a beautifully upgraded unit, have now dropped their asking price to $225,000 Leasehold, the lowest priced unit in the  complex. My OCEANFRONT studio #A-303 is now priced at $444,000 FS.

Changes this week: Oceanfront 2 BR 2nd floor #F-209 is now on the market @ $679,0000 FS. And oceanfront 2BR#A-405 dropped their asking  price to: $895,000 FS. And ground floor two bedroom #K-102 is now on the market @ $625,000 FS.

 I also have a lower priced Fee Simple studio #E-108 @ $339,000 FS. Real gorgeous tropical location near the Koi ponds and really only 50 feet or so to the ocean.

We now have a new high selling price for oceanview one bedrooms when #E-201 sold for $532,500 (FS). See next paragraph to find an OCEANFRONT 1br for almost the same price.

Anybody looking for OCEANFRONT??  Just listed ground floor 1BR #F-109 @ $550,000 FS.
