Happy New Year!!  Thanks for visiting my website dedicated to the Papakea Beach Resort.

We now have 7 units sold early this 2015 year.  And there are currently  2 units in escrow.    Inventory has  increased in 2015, but the market has gobbled up the new listings and inventory is hovering around 22 units listed for sale. 

Newest to hit the market: My new listing: Original owner of 39 years in now selling their beloved RARE of the RARE Oceanfront corner lofted unit, #F-401 priced @ $1,100,000 (FS). There are only 5 of these type B-6 units in the entire complex and only 2 have sold ever (the other 3 are original owners). Two bedrooms: one downstairs, and then the loft is the other bedroom with the 2nd bath. These corner units have the longer kitchen with a window. Same with the bathroom: double sinks and another window. Never forget about the large livingroom window with the sunsets every day. Who is ready to take over for the next 40 years.
