Beach Resort. Owners week this week with the
Annual Owners Meeting set for this Saturday, Sept 27th.
I am having open house in #J-407 on Friday Sept 26th
from 4-6pm during the open house festivities.
We now have ZERO units in escrow.
Oceanfront two bedroom #L-202 is now sold @ $800,000
Inventory remains very low with just 13 units listed for sale.
Newest to hit the market: oceanview 2BR/2BA/loft #J-403
@ $595,000 (LH).
Finally listed an
oceanfront studio #A-303 @ $459,000 (FS). Can't get any
better on the 3rd floor.
Also listed 1BR/loft unit #J-407 with 2nd bathroom
in loft @ $549,000 (FS). Other listings of mine are oceanview 1BR#E-310 @ $349,000 (LH).
Both have really nice oceanviews and upgrades like new
cabinets and granite, etc. Both units are in
the Aston rental program.

8th. It never really hit the market as it was unlisted.

$280,000 (LH) on Jan 19th. The 3rd
sale of the year oceanfront studio #F-307 @ $465,000 FS
on March 14th. As reported above, oceanfront 1BR #A-209
@ $490,000 FS on April 3rd. Oceanview #B-105 @ $415,000
(FS) on June 22nd. Our latest sale was oceanfront two
bedroom #L-202 @ $800,000 (FS) on August 20th.
