 Thanks for visiting my website dedicated to the Papakea Beach Resort.  Emergency seawall repair work has begun on the south-side of 'L' building.

We now 6 sales for 2016.  Presently sitting with 5 units  in escrow.  Inventory is at 23 units listed for sale.

Oceanfront one bedroom #L-104 sold @ $221,500 Leasehold.  Investors never had a chance as the bank  chose an owner occupied offer. New on the market: neighboring 2BR #L-106 @ $700,000 Leasehold.

WOW: Oceanfront corner two bedroom #F-408 on the market @ $965,000 (FS). One of the choicest locations @ Papakea. Original owners. On the sunnier side of 'F' building, #F-401 is now on the market at $950,000 (FS).

 I have 4 owners who have dropped their  price: Gardenview/oceanview studio #E-108 now @ $325,000 (FS). My  Unit J-407 dropped their price to $549,000 FS and are super motivated to get it sold quickly as possible. Best priced two bedroom in the complex. The owners of ground floor unit #E-110, a beautifully upgraded unit, have now dropped their asking price to $215,000 Leasehold. The fee simple is available for $220,000. My OCEANFRONT studio #A-303 is now priced at $444,000 FS is now a pending sale.

We now have a new high selling price for oceanview one bedrooms when #E-201 sold for $532,500 (FS). See next paragraph to find an OCEANFRONT 1br for almost the same price.
